Shipping/Delivery information

Thank you for your order. We have spent a lot of time researching and selecting these products so we want to ensure that your order is shipped to you with the best of care. Every product you have selected has been carefully inspected prior to packing.

Important to know

Your order will arrive at your shipping address between 9 and 5, Monday – Friday. If you are not home during these times, we suggest your order be delivered to an alternative address – maybe a neighbor, friend or family member in your area. If you work outside the home and want your order shipped to your place of business, be sure to include the complete company address including the floor and suite number. If your parcel is returned to us because no one was at your given address to accept it, unfortunately it will be necessary for us to charge additional shipping and handling costs to resend your order. We never want to do that!

Shipping

Once your order payment is confirmed, we do our best to select and prepare your order for shipping within the next 48 hours. Your order is shipped to you via UPS – Ground Service. For most areas, this service only takes up to 4 working days for delivery. If you are far outside UPS’ primary delivery areas (thankfully there’s not many of them), and we see that your delivery time is unacceptable to us, we’ll advise you by email or telephone. It hasn’t happened yet, but we want you to know that we continue to monitor all delivery times and costs. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes or RR addresses unless there is someone there to accept the package on your behalf.

Your products are protected in transit by bubble wrap. It’s not the most attractive material for packing your order but we did our research and we’re confident it’s the best wrap for the job. It won’t look terrific in the box but outside the box, your products are every bit as beautiful as you hoped.

Returns

At Everything Olive we stand behind the quality of the products we have offered you. Although we can’t guarantee you’ll love every oil you order, or bath and beauty product that you order, we do guarantee that it will arrive in pristine condition – and ready to use.

If your product arrives damaged, or we’ve made an error in packing your order, please do not hesitate to contact us within 72 hours of receipt at customercare@everythingolive.com. We’ll either make it right or give you instructions for return. Should a return be necessary, please return your item in the original packaging. We can only issue a credit to the card with which you made the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
